Privacy Policy

SignalExecutor is a locally-running desktop application. The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers: your Telegram session and credentials; your broker and exchange API keys; your MT4/MT5 terminal configuration and trade execution history; parsed signal history and filter logs.

Account Information: Email address, name (optional), subscription tier and billing status, account creation date and last login.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. A tokenised representation (last 4 digits, card type, expiry) is retained for subscription management only.

Aggregated Usage Telemetry: Application version and OS type (not version), whether key features are enabled, and general error/crash reports. No message content or trade data is included.

Support Communications: If you contact support, we retain those communications to resolve your issue and improve our processes.

We use collected information to: provision and maintain the Service; process subscription payments; send transactional emails; respond to support requests; and notify you of service updates. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell data to third parties, or build advertising profiles.

We explicitly do not collect or have access to: your Telegram messages or channel content; your trading positions, balances, P&L, or order history; your broker or exchange API keys; your MT4/MT5 terminal data; or real-time location data.

Telegram (signal reading): telegram.org/privacy — your session is stored locally, not shared with us

OpenRouter (AI inference): openrouter.ai/privacy — signal message text may be sent for parsing; no personal data or credentials are included

Exchange APIs (Binance, Bybit): Connections are made directly from your device

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your email, account record, and billing data within 30 days. Filter logs and signal history are stored locally and can be cleared through the application settings at any time.

We implement industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for data in transit, secure password hashing, and access controls. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact security@signalexecutor.com immediately.

SignalExecutor operates from the United Arab Emirates. If you access the Service from the EEA or other regions with data protection laws, your data may be processed outside your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; receive your data in a portable format; or object to processing for marketing purposes. Email privacy@signalexecutor.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

The desktop application does not use cookies. Our website uses essential cookies for session management and may use analytics cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification before they take effect.
